I enjoy the smell of soil
During a trip to North Florida, I visited a peanut farmer near my parents with a few acres. It was part of my real-world climate education.
The result was nutrient-rich loam in fields with peanuts regularly, something Florida farmers have done to grow food with fewer costs.
With high-tech things, it's good to see peanuts as tasty legumes, carbon smart, low water user, and regenerative.
